Reitti: Tapaamme Hotelli Kumpelin edessä. Kävelemme vähän lähimetsikössä ja seuraamme joenrantaa Siltasaareen, joka on alajuoksulla. Matkaa kertyy pari kilometriä. Kävely päättyy Café Kailakseen, joka on alun perin ollut sauna. Siellä nautimme Kailas-kahvit leivoksineen.
Kesto: noin 2 tuntia
Osanottajien määrä: 3–15
Varustus: Valitse mukavat kengät, joilla voi kävellä metsäpolkua.
Säävaraus: Kävelyä ei järjestetä, jos on kova sade tai ukonilma.
Hinta: 15 €/hlö, sisältää kahvin/teen sekä leivoksen/jäätelön.
Hotelli Kumpelin löytää seuraavasti: Heinolan torilta mennään alas joenrantaan. Sieltä käännytään oikealle ja seurataan joenrantaa noin kilometri.

Route: We meet in the front yard of Hotel Kumpeli. We walk a little in the nearby wood and then follow the riverside all the way to Siltasaari, the Bridge Island downstream. We walk about two kilometres. The tour will end at Café Kailas – originally a sauna – on Siltasaari with coffee and pastry.
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Number of participants: 3 to 15
Notice: Choose shoes that are good for walking on a path in the wood.
Weather notice: If there is a heavy rain or a thunderstorm, the walk will be cancelled.
Price: €15 including coffe/tea with pastry/ice-cream.
To find Hotel Kumpeli: Starting from the market place in the centre, go down to the riverside, then turn right and follow the river upstream, approximately one kilometre.
